Which prices apply to my business?

What is the difference between single user and multi-user?
A single-user licence is for one person working on one computer. A multi-user licence lets several people work in the same company data at the same time over your network.
Should I choose Standard or Enterprise?
Standard suits most trading, retail and service businesses. Enterprise is for larger operations that need more advanced inventory, production or configuration. Tell us how you work and we'll recommend the edition that fits — there's no need to pay for more than you use.
What does the free year of support cover?
For the first year after purchase we help with questions and problems in using BUSY, by phone, WhatsApp, email or remote session. Ask us about continuing support after the first year.
Is training included?
Yes. Initial training for your staff is free. If you'd like a trainer to supervise your team on live work, or you need trained staff, we provide that on request.
Can you move my existing data into BUSY?
Yes. We set up your chart of accounts, customers, suppliers and items, and bring across opening balances from your current software or spreadsheets.
